to join our team as freelance trainers and help us to deliver our unique Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching.

As a trainer with Animas, you will:-

experience

  • regular and flexible training with attractive rates

be

  • working as an experienced and qualified coach

  • ICF Credentialled or working towards this

  • be living locally to one of our training centres

  • familiar with the person centred approach to working with individuals and groups

  • fluent in the English language

  • excited to help us to spread the impact of our work and maintain and improve excellence

Step 1

Step 2

We will be in touch by email initially. If we both like what we're feeling, then we will arrange an informal interview. This can be by Zoom, phone or face to face and will give us a chance to ensure we are a good fit.

Step 3

If we are both keen to take things further, we will ask you to attend a day long, fun and interactive workshop in your local centre, together with other interested trainers. After this, we will decide on the team and start talking about bringing you on board.
